Create a Survey and Graph like a
Pro (Project Reflection)
For this project you were asked to
design survey questions (5) to get an answer to questions about various topics:
sport, pets, celebrities, family, etc…
After collecting your survey data we turned the information into an MS
excel table and then into a graph that demonstrates good, objective graphing
techniques. Please answer the following reflection
questions about the process you went through during this project.
1.
What
is something we did during this project that you think you will remember for
the rest of your life? I learned how to use an excel table and enter data
into a chart and graph. Also how to create surveys.
2.
What
was the most challenging part of this project for you? What was the most
successful? The most challenging part was sending the surveys out. The most
successful part was turning the data into graphs.
3.
What
are two things you did during this project to help your classmates? I helped
my classmates by giving them results for their survey, and help them get data
results.
4.
What
is something that was hard for you at the start of the project, but is easy
now? Something that was hard for me was creating the survey because I didn’t
know how to do it at first.
5.
In
what area do you feel you made your biggest improvements? Being able to work
with Microsoft excel and what it’s used for, because I never knew how to use
it.
6.
What
in our class has made the biggest impact on your learning during this project?
Why? Knowing what people like and dislike affects me because I look at
people differently now.
7.
What
is something the teacher could have done to make this project better? Give
us less work on the project, instead of giving multiple portions on the
project.
8.
If you
could turn back time and do this project again, what would you do differently? I
would finish and work on the project quicker. I also would give more
information in my survey.
I feel your pain QwQ no one ever gets your surveys and your stuck there thinking "what now?"
