Create a Survey and Graph like a Pro (Project Reflection)

For this project you were asked to design survey questions (5) to get an answer to questions about various topics: sport, pets, celebrities, family, etc…  After collecting your survey data we turned the information into an MS excel table and then into a graph that demonstrates good, objective graphing techniques. Please answer the following reflection questions about the process you went through during this project.

 

1.      What is something we did during this project that you think you will remember for the rest of your life? I guess I will always remember creating the survey because I had never done a survey until now.

2.      What was the most challenging part of this project for you? What was the most successful? The most challenging part of this project for me was creating the survey because I had no idea what to base them on. The most successful part of this project for me was using excel to create the graphs since I already knew what to do after the experiences of working as my dad’s assistant

3.      What are two things you did during this project to help your classmates? One thing I did during this project to help my classmate was helping her how to send the link of her survey. Another thing was helping her create the graph because she didn’t understand it much when it was explained.

4.      What is something that was hard for you at the start of the project, but is easy now? Something that was hard at the start of the project was using survey monkey because I didn’t know how to or even how to create a survey but now I know.

5.      In what area do you feel you made your biggest improvements? I guess my biggest improvement was that now I know hw to use survey monkey without any problem.

6.      What in our class has made the biggest impact on your learning during this project? Why? Like I said in the previous questions, I only learned how to use survey monkey and how to create a survey because I already knew how to do the rest of the things because of previous experiences.

7.      What is something the teacher could have done to make this project better? The project was good how it was made and directed and the time everything was good. The only thing that woulld of been good to improve would be the help from the teacher because she past most of her time on the left side of the room and ssometimes came to the right side. I really didn’t mind because I didn’t need much help but one of my group members were having some difficulties understanding what to do and it was hard to help her and be able to complete all my work at the same time.

8.      If you could turn back time and do this project again, what would you do differently? If I could turn back and do it again I wouldn’t change anything because I’m ok with how I did it.
