                Create a Survey and Graph like a Pro (Project Reflection)

For this project you were asked to design survey questions (5) to get an answer to questions about various topics: sport, pets, celebrities, family, etc…  After collecting your survey data we turned the information into an MS excel table and then into a graph that demonstrates good, objective graphing techniques. Please answer the following reflection questions about the process you went through during this project.

  1. What is something we did during this project that you think you will remember for the rest of your life?

 -Something that we did during this project that I will remember for the rest of my life is how to make a table and graphs inside of Microsoft Excel. 

 2.What was the most challenging part of this project for you? What was the most successful?

 -Something that was most challenging during this project was highlighting all the information and making it into a table. Something that was most successful during this project was transforming the survey data into an graph.

  3.What are two things you did during this project to help your classmates?

 -One thing I did during this project to help my classmates was answer their survey to gather their information. Another thing I did during this project  to help my classmates was sending them the link to Survey Monkey if they didn’t have it.

  4.What is something that was hard for you at the start of the project, but is easy now?

 -Something that was hard for me at the beginning of the project, but is easy now is knowing how to highlight information to transform it into a table.

  5.In what area do you feel you made your biggest improvements?

 -I think my biggest improvement in this project was learning how to use Microsoft Excel.

  6.What in our class has made the biggest impact on your learning during this project? Why?

 -Working with other students has made the biggest impact on my learning during this project because if I needed help I didn’t have to always ask the teacher I can ask my classmates.

  7.What is something the teacher could have done to make this project better?

 -The teacher didn’t have to make this project better because she explained everything great at the beginning.

  8.If you could turn back time and do this project again, what would you do differently?

  -If I could turn back in time and do this project again, I would make sure I sent the right attachments to the teacher.
