Create a Survey and Graph like a
Pro (Project Reflection)
For this project you were asked to
design survey questions (5) to get an answer to questions about various topics:
sport, pets, celebrities, family, etc…
After collecting your survey data we turned the information into an MS
excel table and then into a graph that demonstrates good, objective graphing
techniques. Please answer the following reflection
questions about the process you went through during this project.
1.
What
is something we did during this project that you think you will remember for
the rest of your life? Something I learned that I would
remember for the rest of my life is putting things in Microsoft Excel and
extending the lines to make everything even.
2.
What
was the most challenging part of this project for you? What was the most
successful? The most challenging part was sending my
survey to my classmates. The most successful was putting the graphs.
3.
What
are two things you did during this project to help your classmates? Two things I did to help my classmates was helping someone
send the surveys to their classmates and helping someone do the table.
4.
What
is something that was hard for you at the start of the project, but is easy now? Something
that was hard for me but easy now is extending the lines in Microsoft Excel.
5.
In
what area do you feel you made your biggest improvements? The area that I
feel I made the biggest improvements is on making surveys.
6.
What in
our class has made the biggest impact on your learning during this project?
Why? In my class the biggest impact in learning during
this project was using Microsoft Excel because I never used it before.
7.
What
is something the teacher could have done to make this project better? Something the teacher could’ve done to make this project
better is helping the students more.
8.
If you
could turn back time and do this project again, what would you do differently? If I could turn back time do this project again, something I
could’ve done differently is pay attention more in class when the teacher was
giving directions.
